Please note: This warranty is valid only if repairs are carried out by Sovrène Jewellers. Repairs by any other jeweler will void the warranty.
What is not covered:
- Discoloration of metals caused by makeup, lotions, perfumes, chemicals, or alcohol. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using a hot tub.
- Normal wear and tear, including worn metal or prongs that need restoration over time.
- Loose prongs, catching on clothing, or metal distortion from regular wear that may result in a stone falling out.
- Loss of diamonds or gemstones due to impact, everyday use, or accidental damage.
- Negligence, intentional damage, or misuse of the jewelry.
